If you have lost your PRN code for a Mirage AVM product, we can normally reissue the code to you via email. Due to the time involved in processing these requests, a handling charge of $5.00 (US) will be made.
To request a reissue of your PRN, please go to PayPal.com. On the PayPal web site click "Send Money" and make your payment of US $5.00 to mirage@mirage-avm.com. In the comments area, enter "PRN Reissue" and the product name. Also include as much information as you can about your original order e.g. : Your name, email address, Approximate order date etc.
You should receive your code within 24 hours.
